The villa is surrounded by a park of olive-trees in which there is the swimming pool. This country house is situated on a hill that is covered by olive-trees and it is right next to Marciano della Chiana, a town that thanks to its castle and tower dominates the valley. Until few years ago the villa represented the heart of a wide farm, then, a recent and accurate restoration turned it into a comfortable holiday house, divided into six apartments.
