The elegant 19th-century villa stands in the middle of a 20-hectare estate cultivated with olive trees and vines in Pistoia countryside. Montecatini, Lucca, Florence and other important Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car. Guests are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool lying in panoramic position in the 1,500 square metre fenced Italian garden. The stables have been completely renovated and converted into an area where guests can taste the products of the farm. The villa is entirely furnished in period style and with antique pieces.

The three-level villa accommodates groups from 14 to 19 people and composes of entrance hall; large fully equipped kitchen; rustic dining room (the ancient kitchen); dining salon sitting up to 30 people; various salons of different sizes used as living and reading rooms; 2 suites consisting in a double-bedded room, living room with sofa bed (either double or single) and bathroom; 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 service bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom in travertine. One of the small living rooms on the first floor can be transformed into a bedroom by adding a double sofa bed. The first floor has a direct access to the garden. The villa is provided with cot bed, car park, iron, satellite TV, CD player, gas oven, Internet connection, hair dryer, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. A minimarket is 1 kilometre from the villa and a supermarket is 3 kilometres away. Restaurants, cafes, services and shops of any kind are 1 kilometre from the estate.
