The farmhouse Villa Monica is located at the foot of the town of Montecarlo (LU), a village famous for its excellent wine, a few kilometers from Lucca, Pisa and Florence. 

It's the ideal place for a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility, to find all the activities of traditional country life, like caring for animals and be awake in the morning by the crowing of the cock! 

Here you can enjoy days of peace in the green Tuscan countryside or exploring the wonderful and numerous places and cities of art, all easily reachable in no more than an hour's drive.

The farmhouse includes an apartment on the first floor of a house only, made in the classic model that combines the rustic Tuscan style with modern comfort of a time. 

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with tub and shower, a spacious lounge with fireplace, armchairs, sofa and kitchen equipped with everything necessary. 

In the large garden of 2000 sqm. are all the equipment for outdoor dining, a children's playground and a mt.10x4 swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Beside the pool is a pond fenced of 1000 square meters, surrounded by fruit trees of various kinds. 

The farm about 11 hectares is mainly to address cereal livestock, with a herd of pigs (about 300 head per year), vineyards, olive groves, orchards and breeding bees.
