The 17th-century villa stands in panoramic position on the hills of the Chianti district, between Florence and Siena. San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra, Pienza, Montalcino and many other famous Tuscan cities of art are all within easy car reach. Sporty guests can rent a bike in Barberino Val d’Elsa (8 kilometres from the villa) or have pleasant horseback rides in the Chianti countryside (a riding stable is about 5 kilometres from the estate). In the garden that surrounds the building and gives magnificent views of San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside lies a swimming pool, furnished with sunshades and sun lounges. Guests can have their meals in the porch, furnished with a table and chairs. The terracotta-tiled rooms with beamed ceilings are carefully furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture and decorated with Persian carpets.

The two-level villa accommodates 10 people and composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, living room with billiard and game tables, 1 double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. The villa is provided with fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, satellite TV, independent heating system, air conditioning in the bedrooms, CD player, DVD player, Internet connection and barbecue equipment. A catering service for tasting traditional dishes of the Tuscan cuisine is provided upon request. A grocer’s and a restaurant are in Vico d`Elsa town centre (500 metres). A supermarket is about 3 kilometres from the villa. Shops and services of any kind are in Poggibionsi, about 7 kilometres from the villa.
