Eighty metres from the building is an olive grove, where lies the swimming pool. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and sunshades for guests to bask in the sun or to have their breakfast al fresco. The elegant villa has wood and terracotta-tiled floors; ceilings are either beamed or decorated with stuccos. Florence is within easy reach from the villa: guests can either park their car at Firenze-Castello railway station and then take the train, or drive directly to Florence and park in the garage in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, in the heart of Florence. A tennis club and a supermarket offering a delivery service are in the neighbourhood.

The three-level villa sleeps 16 people in 8 double bedrooms. It composes of kitchen, dining room with pietra serena fireplace, reading room, laundry-ironing room, 6 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 3 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. The villa is provided with satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating system, CD player, hi-fi system, iron and ironing board, washing machine, high chair and cot for babies and toys for children.
