The villa stands atop Poggio Buonaparte, a hill in the province of Pisa that in the past belonged to a branch of Napoleon’s family living in San Miniato. Immersed in the gorgeous Tuscan countryside, the villa is the ideal destination for art lovers: some of the most famous Tuscan cities of art, including Florence, Pisa and Lucca, are within easy car reach. Close to the estate is a golf court, and Montecatini Terme and its thermal establishments are just 34 kilometres away. The 19th-century building has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original period furniture and decorations. In the 8-hectare park that surrounds the villa are the private swimming pool with whirlpool, a solarium area and a panoramic terrace open onto the Tuscan countryside. Guests who want to discover the flavours of the traditional Tuscan cuisine can attend Tuscan cooking classes with professional cooks. The two-level villa accommodates 14 people and composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, three living rooms, 2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 2 rooms with a double and a single bed. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. One of the bathrooms is accessible to disabled people.
