Old stone farmhouse carefully restored and divided into three comfortable apartments. Each one has its own entrance and outside space equipped with garden furniture. The property is located just on the outskirt of the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, an old hamlet surrounded by medieval walls and dominated by its castle.

Today is a modern village with all kind of shops and facilities. Stone walls, wooden ceilings and comfortable furnishings make the apartments the ideal place for a comfortable and interesting holiday.

In the large garden all around the houses there are a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0,90-1,40 m), to be shared occasionally with the owner, badminton court, table tennis, bowling alley, gazebo equipped with table and chairs, mountain bikes and barbecue. Communal washing machine, fly screens and satellite Tv are available for guest’s.
