Facing the Fortress of Poggio Imperiale, beyond the valley, where the Staggia flows its tortuous course, on a hill covered with ancient oak trees towers the Castle of Strozzavolpe, a superb Romanesque military construction, now an inviting haven of peace and quiet.

Podere Poggiarello, is located a few hundred meters away from this magnificent scenario, it was the residence of the farmer and its buildings dates back to the XVII century. From the house one can admire the art and the beauty of the Val d'Elsa with the fascinating towers of San Gimignano in the background.

With an easy drive on reach the most important towns of Tuscany: Siena is only 25 km away, Florence 35 km, San Gimignano 15 km and Volterra 35 km. The village of Poggibonsi with shops and services of all kinds is only 3 km away.

Podere Poggiarello is made up of a main house where on the ground floor lives the owner, and of a charming annex obtained from the renovation of an old barn. In the large garden in front of the house there is a beautiful swimming-pool (size 7.50 x 14m - depth 1.10 – 3.00).

Each apartment has a private external area equipped with gazebo, barbecue, table and chairs for eating outside. There is a washing machine for communal use.
