In the outskirts of the village of Asciano, situated in the heart of the famous "Crete Senesi" and placed in a sunny and panoramic position, we find the small cottage SANT'IPPOLITO. The village of Asciano, with shops, restaurant and all kind of facilities, can be easily reached through a nice pedestrian path.

The estate is composed by a manor house, where the owner family live, an annex available for our guests, and a really ancient church the "Pieve di Sant'Ippolito" which origins date back to the 4th Century AC.

Above the church altar there is a large fresco ascribed to the painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti of Siena, with distinct landmarks of the Umbrian school of the renowned Pinturicchio and Raffaello. All around the buildings a wide garden equipped with table and chairs to eat "al fresco" and a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 13x8, depth m. 1,20-2,10, somewhat round, with waterfall and a three seats Jacuzzi bath), to be shared occasionally with the owners.

The refined furnishing and the large equipment of the house (satellite TV, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, iron, mosquito nets, burglar alarm, Internet access, freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, CD player, high chair, table tennis) will guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Possibility to rent mountain bikes. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.
