The "Viottola" apartment, ideal for two people (with possibility of a third bed in the living room) consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining table and living room with a single sofa bed. From the living, a woodden staircase brings to an upper nice woodden study, opening on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Italian garden of the house and the mountains in the distance. All the floors are wood as all the fitting of the house. The heating system is indipendent.
