Casa Dema is an old country house at your complete disposal: there are three double rooms and a sofa bed so it is perfect for a numerous family or a group of friends.

It is fresh during summers and comfortable during winters thanks to the central heating and the fireplaces, it can welcome you during your summer holidays or for a week of relaxation in winter or in autumn, when it is possible to collect chestnuts or mushrooms.
Coreglia is also very picturesque at Christmas time when the streets and the gardens of the village are filled with nativity scenes and the festival of Befana is celebrated on the night of 5th January.

The house consist of an entrance hall, off which is the dining-room, decorated with old hand- painted walls, leading to a large well-equipped kitchen with fireplace, from where you can reach a small toilet with shower.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom, each leading off from a small decorated living room with fireplace and divan bed.
Besides that there is a small laundry room with sink, washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack so you can feel at ease during long holidays.
From the laundry you pass to the terrace, dominating the village and the last slopes of the Apuan alps. There you can sunbathe far from beaches and dine as the sun sets.

On the first floor there is the dining room and the living room, a big common space with fireplace where you can relax or chat with the lady of the house or other guests.
At your complete disposal there is a good book collection, in both English and Italian, the television and the stereo system to keep you company during the time you spend in the house.
On the upper floor the welcoming atmosphere of the two double bedrooms or the bedroom with the French bed, all with original period furniture, will make you feel as if you had gone back in time.
There is a bathroom on each floor and you can choose between a relaxing warm bath or a tonic shower, to give the right tone to the day.
The kitchen, equipped with fires, oven, refrigerator, and supplies will be at your disposal if agreed when booking.
The bed & breakfast has heating in each room so it will be comfortable even in the coldest months of the year: it is a good starting point for hikes among autumn's colors for example in search of wild fruits or to live the atmosphere of a Coreglia Christmas with its famous living cribs.
