Each apartment has a private garden with barbecue, tables, chairs, lounger and a park with pool. There are three separate areas to share with the guests of the other two apartments. The apartments of Tenuta Il Ponte, are called "La Dama", "Il Cavaliere", and "il Visconte".

"Il Visconte" (accommodates up to 5 guests) has its own entrance, large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a large terrace with table, chairs and lounger. The apartment enjoys a view over the park with pool.

"La Dama" (accommodates up to 5 guests) has its own independent entrance, kitchen-living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.

"Il Cavaliere" (accommodates up to 8 guests) has its own separate entrance, kitchen-living room with fireplace and possibility of a sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.

Each apartment of Tenuta Il Ponte is equipped with crockery, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, stereo and washing machine.

Tenuta Il Ponte offers the possibility to rent the entire structure.

The 12.000 sq. yd. back yard with its sunken pool (12 x 6 x 1,30 metres - open 01/05/10 - 02/10/10) is shared with the other guests. The pool area has deck chairs etc making it suitable for sun-bathing. In the back yard there is also a shared bbq, and a play area.

Available upon request: laundry, catering, baby-sitting, bus transportation for tours with chauffeur, bicycles and so on.
