Carefully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa-town Bagni di Lucca. Casa Ciesa al numero 4 comprises three levels, is about 105 sm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a bright living room with fireplace, a separate WC+washing machine under the stairs and a lovely kitchen with spectacular views on the surrounding hills and mountains. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with original beds. On the last floor we have a garret with original low doors (160 cm. high), which comprises two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a "fairy" bedroom with twin beds and a bath with shower. At the house entrance there is a sunny yard with table and chairs and by crossing the small road you will find an exclusive garden (700 sm) equipped with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the adjacent valley. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Casa Ciesa al numero 4 is located on the edge of a tiny village of 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 150 m asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.
