Relais Castellare de Noveschi is a small (8 rooms) but nice resort in the heart of Chianti, where attention to detail, passion for the art of hospitality and love for our history and tradition are put at the disposal of our guest, who can not only enjoy a relaxed rest but also benefit from exclusive spa treatments, such as the Wine Therapy. ROOMS: Eight rooms, each one is equipped with all comforts and private bathroom. The rooms in the Tower of 1200 are furnished with authentic antiques: a bed, with the traditional “nodo dell’amore”- a lucky charm for young couples-, belonged to the family of Siena Piccolomini, a typical Chianti stone arch defends a canopy bed of the IXX century and the bathrooms are all equipped with a sink of 1800 with its authentic mirror.In the Fortezza, instead, rooms are more modern, all on two levels, with private lounge and enhanced with paintings and sculptures by local artists.

RESTOURANT: Passion, creativity and research of Tuscan history, culture and traditions  transform poor and peasants ingredients of the local cuisine into masterpieces of taste elegant and refined .

LOCATION: On the horizon a fairy-tale: the Chianti hills covered with cypress trees, vineyards and olive trees which stand beautiful castles: Castello di Ama, Rocca di Tornano, Castello di Cacchiano and   Castello di Brolio which belongs to the family of Ricasoli. At 19 km the city of Siena, 65 km to the city of Florence, within 10 km of the villages of the Chianti Radda, Gaiole and Castellina. Furthermore, from Castellare some routes are easily accessible for nature lovers: paths and roads to travel on horseback, on foot or by mountain bike to discover the many views, unique landscapes and the secrets of the most famous wineries of Chianti.
