The biggest house of our small hamlet (with 9 beds) was built in the late 19th century by Gusmano Giraldi, around an ancient tower dedicated to the chestnuts nuisance and to the control of the surrounding territory. The tower retains the massive walls, a round arch which separates the nowadays dining room from the fire place room and a mysterious hatch which from immemorial time, no one has ever opened.

On the ground floor, opens a large and welcoming space used as dining-room and living-room, divided by the mighty and ancient arch. In the living-room, two comfortable sofas are arranged in front of the elegant gray stoned fireplace which, with the due precautions, is simply waiting to be loaded with wood and lit. A large satellite TV is available for guests.

The large bathroom with bath and shower makes the couple with a small bathroom outside.

In the apartment it will be possible to admire the works of Maestro Eugenio Taccini who has chosen the house as a permanent exhibition.

The smallest home (Trebbiano, with 4 beds) and the medium one (Cabernet, with two double rooms) are partly belonging to a real ancient stone establishment that was superbly refurbished in respect to those ancient materials belonging to the 19th century and also hosted an historical person Venerable Fra’ ( friar ) Giuseppe Giraldi, known as “Fra’ Giuseppino” disciple of San Francesco fromAssisi, actually in his way of bliss.

The medium flat arises on three levels along the main structure of the old construction and it’s furnished by two large bedrooms with satellite TV, a kitchen enriched of any comfort, a bathroom and a dining room.

The smallest flat stands in the old tavern and beside its toilets, you will also find a little bedroom with castle beds and a wonderful sofa bed with “futon” mattress. A kitchen and dining room. A satellite TV hung on the wall.
