>The Varinaldi Holiday Farm (an ancient placename of Lombard origin) is found inside a 40-hectare olive farm, 20 km from Florence. Thanks to the fortunate position of its olive groves, about 450 meters a.s.l., and to the particular care given to harvesting, storage and pressing, the farm produces a high quality of extra virgin olive oil, according to organic farming standards.
