Hidden amongst the wooded slopes around Cortona, 700 m. above the sea level, in a quiet and panoramic position, it is an ideal place for an holiday in contact with nature still intact and uncontaminated. All around the houses there is a wide garden with outdoor furniture, children’s play area, table tennis, volley ball field and barbecue.

In a natural terrace above the houses, in an extremely panoramic position there is a beautiful 6 x 12 m. swimming pool (depth 1,40 m.) for the exclusive use of the guests’. Agriturismo Il Cerro is the ideal place to welcome several families who decide to spend their holiday together, with the possibility to maintain their own independence since each house has its own kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and satellite TV, are at full guests’ disposal.

MANOR'S HOUSE:
Ground Floor: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
First Floor: with entrance from external staircase and terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, living-dining room with kitchenette and typical old open fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

ANNEX 1: Small independent house on two levels, ground floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, on first floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

ANNEX 2: independent house with access to the first floor from external staircase, comprising living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
